Aegis Carry was born out of a singular observation on the Victoria University campus and the city train lines: the technical gear market is broken.

On one side, there is disposable fast-fashion that fails in three months. On the other, there are "Elite" technical bags that cost more than a semester’s worth of textbooks. We exist in the "Dead Zone"—the space between.
